With several flavors to choose from (white, chocolate, yellow, marble, carrot and more) Patsy Cakes and More offers several different fillings such as our amazing cream cheese, raspberry, chocolate, Bavarian, pineapple, vanilla, and more.
We strive to put an end to the "great looking but bad-tasting" reputation of fondant, so we are known for our delicious marshmallow fondant that not only looks superb but tastes like it too!

We are known for our delicious buttercream icing. It is not too sweet and has a creamy buttery taste and texture.

We ordered an 80th birthday cake for my mother-in-law. I found Patsy’s Cakes by only a Google search (we are from PA and we’re visiting KS). I cannot express how delicious the strawberry cake was. It was beautifully decorated, delivered to the restaurant and one of the best cakes we have ever eaten.
Everyone at the table was impressed. 10/10 recommended! Ordering was simple and communication was outstanding and again, OMG the most delicious strawberry cake ever! Thank you!

Before calling Patsy I saw some of her cakes through online pictures. I was amazed at her work! So I gave her a call for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. I needed a smash cake and some cup cakes and told her we were doing sunflower and bumble bee themed.
She was so easy to do work with and amazed me when I picked up my order! THANK YOU!!!!! You made my baby girls first birthday so memorable, she couldn’t help but bite straight into the cake it looked SO good!

Patsy is a complete joy to work with! She has been our go to baker for the last three years. She catered our daughter’s dessert bar for her wedding. It was a complete hit!
